This lady was referred in for treatment of her missing teeth and also her TMJ problems. She had TMD for several years with frequent headaches. Her diagnosis was lack of anterior guidance and bruxing in Class 2 leverage.

The treatment was to give her posterior stability with implants and give her overbite and overjet so that she had good anterior guidance and if and when she bruxes , she bruxes with the correct class 3 leverage leading to less stress in the masticatory apparatus. The case was done using the Cadiax and fully adjustable articulator.
