This lady was referred to me because of the poor aesthetic appearance of her teeth and especially her anterior bridgework. The centre line was off by half a tooth and only one of her missing lateral incisors had been replaced by bridgework.

After showing several treatment options using cosmetic imaging the patient decided against orthodontics and replacement crowns and bridgework instead. The difficulty of this case was to create enough space anteriorly to allow an extra lateral incisor to be placed.
