Bone Grafts

Many patients have insufficient bone for dental implant placement and bone grafts are sometimes required. This young lady was referred to us after an RTA in which she lost her upper anterior teeth and associated alveolus. She was wearing an upper partial chrome denture. A bone graft was successfully completed from her hip, followed by placement of 4 implants and a part porcelain fused to metal Peter Worhle bridge with four individual PFM crowns cemented onto it for the ultimate result.
