Dental Crowns are used when treating a tooth that has already had a substantial filling or may even be broken. The crown is matched to the same colour as the patients existing tooth and placed over it like a cap. The newer porcelain or ceramic crowns often give a more realistic and natural result by allowing light to transfer through the crown (translucency).

This patient was unhappy about his old porcelain fused to metal crowns which were too yellow. New whiter Zirconia crowns were placed to give a dazzling “Hollywood Smile”.
